:- Great news, the Mayors office released the future plans for the Congestion Charge exemptions and discounts on the 12th Feb 08. Basically LPG vehicles that qualify as exempt or discounted registered before 29th Oct 08, will continue to receive 100% discount until Jan 2010.

Both the Yuejin Truck and the XK pick-up are London Congestion Charge Exempt (CCE) Vehicles. The models are only a little more expensive than a Berlingo. Imagine a couple of new one tonne vehicles for less than thirty grand inclusive of vat...It takes me back to the early eighties
