Great news,
Transport for London (TfL) July 2008:-
London Congestion Charge scheme has reverted back to the pre-Feb '08
pricing structure. Telegraph

LPG
"Powershift" approved
vehicles will continue to pay only £10 per year registration,
all other vehicles that are not legible
for discounts will pay £8 a day.
Only specific
vehicles & installers listed on the Powershift Register can provide London
Congestion Charge Exemptions conversions, cchargeexempt
The vehicle models listed
below qualify for 100% exemption from the London congestion charge, these all
have been proven to achieve the group 4 banding.
