Great news, Transport for London (TfL) July 2009:- 

The London Congestion Charge scheme has reverted back to the pre-Feb '08 pricing structure. Telegraph page and Guardian page

LPG "Powershift" approved vehicles will continue to pay only £10 per year registration,  all other vehicles that are not legible for discounts will pay £8 a day.

There has also been vast improvements to Autogas conversion systems in the last four years. There is virtually no loss in power and only a minor loss in economy (mpg) are achieved with the very best Sequential Gas Injection conversions. As with all technology; developments occur and things progress; vehicle become older and they are wanted to be replaced.

 Vauxhall still offer only the small models in their range including the Corsa derived Combi and the Astra van. We can retro fit the Vauxhall system to used vehicles, phone for details. We do LPG convert the Vivaro 2.0 litre petrol, it can even be made London Congestion Charge Exempt (see congestion charge exempt).

For many years we have been involved in the retro-fitting of LPG systems to a variety of pre-registration commercial vehicles. These originally were to the Mazda E2000, the mainstay vehicle to the carpet laying and plasters because of its long internal dimension. We also were called on to fit LPG to the old 2.0 litre DOHC Transit both the Van and Chassis cab versions. We have probably fitted more Autogas conversions to the "Berlingo - Partner" than any other type of van and this continues to be the most frequent commercial. But the Renault Traffic is becoming far more popular now , with the 2.0 litre 16 valve engine and six speed gearbox. Thus providing further confidence for the operator. We can also introduce you to an acquisition specialist that will arrange a selection of flexible tax-friendly purchase schemes that encompass our LPG conversion. 

A conversion to a used Berlingo 1.4 petrol using BRC Sequent with a cylinder tank start from £1489+vat. For the current 2006 model, with a similar tank, the price is £1740+vat with 3 year warrantee, it is a little more for a concealed donut tank.
